Publishing Services QA Lead

For our studio in Karlsruhe, Germany, we’re looking for a Publishing Services QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Producers/Product Managers and Development Teams to organise the testing related to Publishing Services for the games
  • Assuring the quality of the Publishing Services by testing them, requesting support from Outsourcing and keeping the information up to date
  • Managing the relations between Flaregames and QA Outsourcing partners
  • Creating and bringing forward a QA strategy in order to best accommodate the requirements of the internal studios

Required Skills and Experience

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in QA and worked as QA Lead and QA Tester
  • You have experience on leading and mentoring QA team members, as well as managing outside contract testers
  • You have expertise in mobile games and the free-to-play genre
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in working independently and in a well-structured way
  • Good knowledge of bug-tracking software, preferably JIRA

Recommended Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of TRCs from Apple, Google and Microsoft
  • You were responsible for organizing QA for at least two products – from Production to Release
  • Experience on testing SDKs
  • Strong Technical Background
