At Keenflare, we live and breathe video games. More importantly, we believe that the best ones are made by the best people – which is of course determined by far more than a CV! Here’s a rough outline of how we get to know our applicants:

  1. We have a chat, either over Skype or informally in-person if you happen to be in the area.
  2. We have a more formal interview. This can take some time; we want to know everything about how you work and inevitably vice versa!
  3. You visit us for one or two days to get a feel for the place. We invite you to check out our offices and meet the whole team by introducing yourself, before assigning you a trial task in line with what you’d be doing from day to day.
